ASHLEY BICE, PE
Ashley Bice is a highly experienced Civil Engineer with over 18 years in the field, specializing in land development. Since graduating in May of 2004, Ashley has worked on a wide range of large-scale development and residential subdivision projects, honing his expertise in every aspect of the field.
In 2004, Ashley joined White-Daters and Associates as an engineering intern, where he gained hands-on experience in large-scale development projects and multiple residential subdivision projects. In 2005, he moved on to JACOBS, where he quickly rose to the position of Project Manager within the Water Infrastructure team. In this role, he was responsible for the office's land development projects and municipal clients.
Ashley joined BHP Billiton's Oil and Gas construction team in 2012, where he oversaw roadway design, well and compressor pad design, and drainage studies. In 2017, he became the Director of Engineering and Construction, where he managed the company's utility and excavation crews and gained invaluable, hands-on construction field experience.
In 2019, Ashley founded Bice Consulting Services, which later merged with CivilTech Professionals. Today, he serves as the Principal Civil Engineer for the firm, managing multiple residential and commercial projects.

Jeffrey Wieser
Jeffrey is a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer Technician with over 8 years of experience in the field. After attending NWACC, he began his career as a rodman for a local engineering company's surveying team. With his innate curiosity and passion for the field, he quickly gained valuable knowledge in land surveying and moved on to become a CAD Technician.
At his next position, Jeffrey honed his skills in the use of AutoCAD software for civil engineering, gaining direct experience and knowledge on multi-discipline projects of varying scope and scale. These projects included residential, commercial, multi-family, and others, allowing Jeffrey to develop a comprehensive understanding of the many aspects of the industry.
Throughout his career, Jeffrey has shown a steadfast commitment to his clients, consistently delivering high-quality results that exceed their expectations. He has a keen eye for detail and is always striving to find the most effective and efficient solutions to any problem that arises.

Joseph K Duff
Joseph Duff is a seasoned Principal at CivilTech Professionals, bringing a wealth of expertise in all things Autodesk to the table. With nearly two decades of experience in the Civil Engineering industry, Joseph has worked on a vast array of projects in the land development, heavy highway construction, and land surveying subsectors.
Following his graduation in May of 2005, Joseph spent four years with Constructive Control Inc, where he honed his skills in heavy highway construction, helping construction teams layout projects and monitor daily volumes for dirt, gravel, asphalt, and concrete. In 2009, he joined Martin Marietta Materials as a field engineer for their construction crews, before moving on to Applied Technology Group in North Little Rock in 2014. As a technical support specialist, Joseph helped users across the country master AutoCAD Civil 3D.
In 2018, Joseph became the Production Manager for Swope Engineering, where he led the design teams in creating civil engineering projects for land developers. In 2021, he launched his own firm, CivilTech Professionals LLC.
Today, Joseph leverages his expertise to help create innovative civil engineering designs for subdivisions and large-scale developments. He manages teams that specialize in boundary, topographic, drone, construction layout, hydrology, and hydraulic designs, gradings, corridor designs, and landscaping plans.

Leslie Tabor, PLA
Leslie is a highly skilled and experienced professional in the Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture field, with over 17 years of experience. Since graduating from the University of Arkansas Fayetteville in December of 2005, Leslie has worked with local engineering firms, gaining direct knowledge of the processes and rigors of construction development and municipal entitlement.
